I was not a customer, but I had to do an academic research project about commercial real estate in Lancaster. I needed to talk to some first-hand sources, and I was having a lot of trouble finding an agency willing to talk to me considering I wasn't a customer. However, Sable Commercial Realty were one of the few agencies that went out of their way to help me out. I got to talk to Christine Sable, and she was very helpful, informative, and thorough with her answers. I’ve worked with Christine and Justin several times over the past few years and always found them transparent, honest and easy to deal with. They located an ideal industrial tenant for one of my properties. They recently sold a building that was challenging- beautiful but it needed a certain type of owner/occupier to work best. They certainly earned their commission on the sale- the team persevered for several years through COVID and some bureaucratic delays. During those years, they went above and beyond. Problem-solving or calling on their network of trusted professionals as needed. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Honesty and Integrity... These are the best words to use when describing the Sable Commercial Realty Team. Their vast experience and knowledge has been indispensable. We did not have your every day commercial real-estate deal. From Phase 1 and Phase 2 testing to inspections and surveys they were with us through it all. We felt like we had a realtor team who truly cared. Zach Walker was great to work with! He listened to our needs, encouraged us but was pushy about anything. He really made us feel like it was about us and not him trying to score the biggest pay out.
